Having a wedding at Chapel Creek Ranch in Denton Texas means blending the old with the new. The property dates back 100 years and is a beautiful venue to share love.
Being able to be a wedding videographer at a venue with such amazing detail makes for a wonderful job. Filming a family like this warms my heart seeing this love evolve and grow into a huge family of joyful hearts.
Mason and Sierra met working at DBAT in Frisco. Both bride and groom give lessons there weekly and coach at camps throughout the year. They got to know each other a little better at one of the winter camps and a few weeks later, Sierra asked Mason out for drinks with some friends knowing full well that Mason would be unable to come due to lessons. Fortunately, Sierra's plan worked out and Mason asked for a rain check. He followed up the next week and they had their first date on Valentine’s day of 2018. They continued going on dates, many of which included corn-hole, one of their favorite games.
Fast forward a year from their first date and Mason surprised Sierra with an engagement ring for their one year anniversary and Valentine’s day. He proposed at the boardwalk in Frisco outside in front of a fire with friends and family hiding nearby. People at the surrounding restaurants and passersby all cheered when Mason got down on one knee and Sierra said yes! The rest of the evening was spent celebrating with friends and family over food, drinks, and games, filled with lots of love and laughter.
